관리자 PC(Windows)에 설치되어 API 인터페이스를 통해 MCPTT 코어장비들과 연동하는 WebAPI Plugin Library

1. MCPTX WebAPI interface (mctpxwebapi.js) provides API to MCPTX Web UE UI.
2. WebAPI interface communicate with WebAPI plugin application.
3. The api broker in WebAPI plugin application converts JSON type API to C++ native API call.
4. Signal engine in plugin library handles 3GPP MCPTX protocols for API.
5. Media engine in plugin library handles media to/from MCPTT core and to/from headset and speaker.
